MINUTES
MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 11, 1987
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 215 E. BRANCH STREET
ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA
The City Council met in an open session at 3:37 P.M. and immediately
adjourned to a Closed Session continued from December 8, 1987. Mayor Howard
Mankins presided, and also present were Council Members Dorace Johnson, Mark
M. Millis, Gene Moots and D. G. Porter.
The Council reconvened from the Closed Session at 5:00 P.M. Mayor
Mankins introduced Mr. Chris Christiansen, who was appointed by the Council
to serve as interim City Administrator.
It was moved by Porter/Moots (5-0-0, Porter, Moots, Johnson, Millis
and Mankins voting aye) to direct Staff to prepare the required employment
agreement and other forms for hiring Mr. Christiansen.
The Council adjourned at 5:02 P.M. to a Study Session at 3:30 P.M.
December 16, 1987.
