1. ROLL CALL:
Mayor Ferrara called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. Council Member Jim Guthrie, Council
Member Ed Arnold, Mayor Pro Tem Chuck Fellows, City Manager Steven Adams, City Attorney
Timothy Carmel, Community Development Director Rob Strong and Associate Planner Teresa
McClish were present.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
Council Member Joe Costello arrived.
3. CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:
Community Development Director Strong and Associate Planner McClish were present for Item
3.a.
a. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION:
Initiation of Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c) involving
one (1) potential case.
Following completion of Item 3.a., Community Development Director Strong and Associate
Planner McClish left the meeting.
