Mayor Ferrara called the meeting to order at 6;32 p.m. Council Member Jim Guthrie, Council
Member Joe Costello, Mayor Pro Tem Chuck Fellows, City Manager Steven Adams, and City
Attorney Timothy Carmel. Council Member Amold was absent.
