MINUTES
CONTINUED MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 27, 1987
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 215 E. BRANCH STREET
ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA
The City Council met in a Continued Session at 10:02 A.M., with Mayor
Howard Mankins presiding. Also present were Council Members Dorace Johnson,
Mark M. Millis, Gene Moots and D. G. Porter.
Mayor Mankins opened the meeting, and the Council immediately adjourned
to a Closed Session on personnel.
The Council reconvened at 10:57 A.M., and on motion of Moots/Johnson
(5-0-0, Moots, Johnson, Porter, Millis and Mankins voting aye) to appoint
Police Chief James Clark as Interim City Manager.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:59 A.M. to a Continued Session Tuesday,
December 1, 1987. Mayor Mankins said he would make a statement on behalf of
the Council to the Press.
