A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING EASEMENTS AND
IMPROVEMENTS FOR PARCEL MAP AG 07-0252,
LOCATED AT 210 TRAFFIC WAY, CONSTRUCTED BY
SHARON F. BILLON, M.D. TRUST
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Final Parcel Map AG 07-0252 located at 210
Traffic Way on December 18, 2008; and
WHEREAS, the project was conditioned to offer a dedication of easements and to
construct certain public improvements; and
WHEREAS, the developer has offered the easements and constructed the
improvements required by the conditions of approval for Parcel Map AG 07-0252; and
WHEREAS, staff has inspected- the improvements and finds they are constructed in
accordance with the approved plans for the project; and
WHEREAS, the developer has provided the 10% warranty security as required by the
conditions of approval, to be released at the conclusion of the one-year warranty period,
provided the improvements are still in satisfactory condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby accept the following for Parcel Map AG 07-0252:
1. Offer to Qedicate a Public Water Main easement by John E. and Mary M.
Edgerton
2. Street tree planting and maintenance easement on Parcel Map 07-0252.
3. Public Utility easement on Parcel map 07-0252.
4. Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk installation.
5. Water Services and Devices installation.
On motion of Council Member Council Member Guthrie, seconded by Council Member
Arnold, and by the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Member Guthrie, Arnold, Costello, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Fellows
the foregoing Resolution .was passed and adopted this 18th day of December
2008.
