A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE DECLARING ITEMS AS SURPLUS AND
AUTHORIZING THEIR SALE
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has certain vehicles which are no
longer used; and
WHEREAS, the vehicles can be classified as surplus property and made
available for sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande does hereby declare as surplus the vehicles described in
Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and
authorizes their sale.
On motion of Council Member Guthrie, seconded by Council Member
Arnold and by the following role call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Member Guthrie, Arnold, Costello, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Fellows
The foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 18~' day of
December 2008.
