CITY COUNCIL JUNE 11, 1986
ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA 1:00 P.M.
Mayor Pro Tern Matt Gallagher convened the City Council continued
meeting from June 10, 1986, at 1:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers
Conference Room. Upon roll call, Councilmembers Johnson and Moots were
present.
City Manager Mack reviewed the Summary of revenues and cash flow for
the Gas Tax Fund as proposed in the 1986/87 budget. Council reviewed proposed
budgets for the following funds:
Traffic Safety, Traffic Signalization, Revenue Sharing, Transportation,
Construction and Drainage.
With unanimous approval the Council modified the proposed budget in the
Gas Tax Fund by removing $20,000 from the Traffic Way Improvement Account
.and placing it in the Sidewalk Assessment Account. Council directed staff
to provide recommendations for creating a $30,000 sidewalk assessment
district and for phasing Traffic Way development over several years.
The City Budget will go to the Council for adoption on June 24, 1986.
The Council meeting was continued to 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 18, 1986,
for a Study Session on Agricultural Land Use.
