CITY COUNCIL MAY 29, 1986
ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA 1:00 P.M.
Mayor BlAnn Smith convened the City Council continued meeting from
May 27, 1986, at 1:00 P.M. in the City Council Chamber Conference Room.
Upon roll call, Councilmembers Johnson, Moots, Gallagher and Porter were
present.
City Manager Mack reviewed the summary of revenues and cash flow for
the General Fund as proposed in the 1986/87 budget. Council reviewed proposed
expenditure budgets for the City Council, Central Services, Finances, City
Clerk, Treasurer's Office, City Attorney, Planning Department, Printing
Department, Insurance and Bonds category, Retirement and Fringe Benefits
category, Police Department and Fire Department.
Discussion focused on the need for a new $300,000 Fire Apparatus, as
contained in the proposed budget.
The Council meeting was continued to 1:00 P.M. Friday, June 6, 1986.
