1. ROLL CALL:
Mayor Ferrara called tFie meeting to order at 6:46 p.m. Council Member Jim Guthrie, Council
Member Arnold, Mayor P.ro Tem Chuck Fellows, City Manager Steven Adams, and City
Attorney Timothy Carmel. Council Member Joe Costello was absent.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
3. CITY COUNCIL~CLOSED SESSION:
a. CONFERENCE -WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR pursuant to Government Code Section
54957.6:
Agency Negotiator: Steven Adams, City Manager
Represented Employees: Arroyo Grande Police Officers' Association (AGPOA)
4. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION:
Mayor Ferrara announced that there was no reportable action from the closed session.
5. ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting was ad'ourried at 6:58 p.m.
