Minutes 1986-04-23 Site Visit
CITY COUNCIL APRIL 23, 1986
ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA 4:00 P.M.
The City Council met in reconvened meeting from Tuesday, April 22, 1986,
at the Hoosgow Park on LePoint Street at approximately 4:00 P.M. All members
of the Council present.
Public Works Director Paul Karp went over the physical site of Hoosgow
Park and proposal of LePoint Street improvements alternatives. After
reviewing the site and drawings, City Council determined to go with acquisition
of property and widening on the south side of LePoint, rather than disturb
the park, and to put in curb and gutter on the north side of the street.
Also determined was retaining the driveway access to private properties
above the park in its current location, rather than to realign the driveway
exit onto LePoint Street through the park.
Mayor Smith closed the meeting at approximately 4:20 P.M.
