A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING AN OFFER OF
DEDICATION FOR AN EASEMENT TO OPERATE AND
MAINTAIN EMERGENCY ACCESS ON CANYON WAY
(TRACT 2265 -VILLAGE GLEN)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final map for Tract 2265 on August 8, 2000,
and the map was subsequently recorded on August 23, 2000; and
WHEREAS, offers to dedicate right of way and easements to the public, including
emergency access on Canyon Way were provided on the final map for Tract 2265; and
WHEREAS,. the developer has constructed the improvements required by the Tract
2265 conditions of approval, including the Canyon Way roadway emergency access
connection to the Hidden Oak School site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby accept an offer of dedication for an easement to operate and
maintain emergency access as shown on the final map for Tract 2265, recorded August
30, 2000 in Book 19 of Maps, at Page 31 in the Office of the Recorder of the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California:
On motion of Council Member Costello, seconded by Council Member Arnold, and by
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Costello, Arnold, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Members Fellows (recused), and Guthrie
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 24~" day of February
2009.
