A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING FINAL PARCEL
MAP AG 08-0078 AND ACCEPTING EASEMENTS,
LOCATED AT 127 NELSON STREET AND 138 SHORT
STREET OWNED BY THE PRUETT FAMILY TRUST
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved Tentative Parcel Map AG 08-004 and
PUD 08-002 located at 127 Nelson Street and 138 Short Street on September 2, 2008;
and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has submitted the Final Parcel Map, which substantially
conforms with the Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, the project was conditioned to offer a dedication of easements and to
construct certain public improvements; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has offered the easements required by the conditions of
approval for Parcel Map AG 08-0078.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby approve Final Parcel Map AG 08-0078 and accepts the following
easements:
1. Street tree planting and maintenance easement on Parcel Map 08-0078.
2. Public Utility easement on Parcel Map 08-0078.
On motion of Council Member Fellows, seconded by Council Member Guthrie, and by
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Fellows, Guthrie, Costello, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Amold
