A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING A PUBLIC ROAD
EASEMENT FROM RECTOR, WARDENS AND
VESTRYMEN OF ST. BARNABAS PARISH
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Final Tract Map 1513 on December 19, 1988,
located north of South Traffic Way on Trinity Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the project was conditioned to install certain public improvements, including
a portion of Trinity Avenue that was outside the limits of Tract 1513; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed the improvements nsquired by the
conditions of approval for Tract 1513, including the offsite portion of Trinty Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the separate documents for the dedication of the offsite portion of Trinity
Avenue were never completed and recorded leaving a portion of a Trinity Avenue under
the ownership of St. Bamabas Parish; and
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande and St. Bamabas Parish have undertaken to
prepare documents to dedicate the remaining portion of Trinity Avenue as a public road
easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby accept the public road easement from Rector, Wardens and
Vestrymen of St. Bamabas parish.
On motion of Council Member Costello, seconded by Council Member Amokl, and by
the following roll call vote, to wft:
AYES: Council Members Costello, Arnold, Fellows, Guthrie, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 28~' day of July 2009.
