A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE FINDING THE NECESSITY OF
ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES CHARGED TO THE LOW AND
MODERATE INCOME HOUSING FUNDS FOR PRODUCTION,
IMPROVEMENT OR PRESERVATION OF LOW AND
MODERATE INCOME HOUSING
WHEREAS, the Budget for the City of Arroyo Grande for the Fiscal Year commencing Juy
1, 2009 and ending June 30, 2010 was approved by the City Council on June 9, 2009; and
WHEREAS, the City Council also serves as the Redevelopment Agency Board of
Directors; and
WHEREAS, proceedings for adoption of said Budget were duly taken.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
By adopting the budget, the Agency finds that the planning and administrative expenses
charged to the Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund are necessary for the production,
improvement, or preservation of low- and moderate-income housing; H&S Code
33334.3(d).
On motion of Council Member Costello, seconded by Council Member Amold, and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Costello, Amold, Fellows, Guthrie, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 28"' day of July 2009.
