A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS,
FOR PARCEL MAP AG 04 -0614 COURTLAND VILLAGE II,
LOCATED AT 1375 EAST GRAND AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Final Parcel Map AG 04 -0614, Court land Village
II, located at 1375 East. Grand Avenue on December 1, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed public improvements required as a condition
of the map including curb, gutter, sidewalk, storm drain, water main and traffic striping
improvements; and
WHEREAS, the project was inspected and found satisfactory by City staff; and
WHEREAS, the developer will provide a one -year warranty bond guaranteeing the
improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby accept public improvements itemized on Exhibit A for Parcel Map
AG 04 -0614
On motion of Council Member Costello, seconded by Council Member Fellows, and by
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Costello, Fellows, Arnold, Guthrie, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: None

Curb, gutter and sidewalk all within the public right -of -way along the frontage of
1375 E. Grand Avenue as shown on the Improvement Plans for Parcel AG 04-
0614 on file with the Community Development Department.
Storm drainage facilities all within the public right -of -way along the frontage of
1375 E. Grand Avenue as shown on the Improvement Plans for Parcel AG 04-
0614 on file with the Community Development Department.
336 linear feet of 4" water line and 583 linear feet of 6" waterline extending onto
the property at 1375 E. Grand Avenue from the water main on Grand Avenue
within a dedicated easement as shown on Parcel Map AG 04 -0614 and as
shown on the Improvement Plans for Parcel AG 04 -0614 on file with the
Community Development Department
Traffic striping and paving improvements all within the public right -of -way at the
Grand Avenue entrance to the commercial center at 1375 E. Grand Avenue as
shown on the Improvement Plans for Parcel AG 04 -0614 on file with the
Community Development Department.
