R 4211A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE APPROVING FINAL PARCEL MAP AG 06 -0004 AND
ACCEPTING PUBLIC STREET EASEMENT, LOCATED ON AND
ADJACENT TO ARROYO GRANDE HIGH SCHOOL, INITIATED BY
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Tentative Parcel Map AG 06 -0004 located on
and adjacent to Arroyo Grande High School on October 10, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the City has submitted the Final Parcel Map, which substantially conforms
with the Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, the project was conditioned to offer a dedication of easements; and
WHEREAS, the property owners have offered the easements required by the conditions
of approval for Parcel Map AG 06 -0004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby approve Final Parcel Map AG 06 -0004 and accepts the following
easement:
1. 25' dedication of Valley Road
