1. ROLL CALL:
Mayor Pro Tem Costello called the special meeting to order at 6:16 p.m. Council Member Ed
Arnold, Council Member Fellows, Mayor Pro Tem Joe Costello, City Manager Steven Adams,
and City Attorney Timothy Carmel were present. Mayor Ferrara and Council Member Guthrie
were absent.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
Council Member Guthrie arrived at 6:20 p.m.
Mayor Ferrara arrived at 6:34 p.m.
3. CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:
a. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.8:
Properties: APN: 007 493 -019; Located at 300 E. Branch Street
APN: 007 492 -004; Located at 200 and 208 E. Branch Street
Agency Negotiator: Steven Adams, City Manager

b. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR pursuant to Government

Courtland Street
Agency Negotiator: Steven Adams, City Manager
Negotiating Parties: Peoples' Self Help Housing Corporation

4. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION:
Mayor Ferrara announced that there was no reportable action from the closed session.
5. ADJOURNMENT:
