R 4222 RESOLUTION NO. 4222
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE DECLARING ITEMS AS SURPLUS
AND AUTHORIZING THEIR SALE
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has certain motorcycles which are no longer
used; and
WHEREAS, the used motorcycles can be classified as surplus property and made
available for sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby declare as surplus the used motorcycles described in Exhibit A,
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and authorizes their sale.
On motion of Council Member Fellows, seconded by Council Member Arnold, and by
the following role call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Fellows, Arnold, Guthrie, Costello, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
The foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13 day of October 2009.
