O 613 ORDINANCE NO. 613
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING TO
CONOCOPHILLIPS CALIFORNIA PIPELINE COMPANY A
FRANCHISE TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE, AND
MAINTAIN PIPELINES FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF
OIL, AND OTHER SPECIFIED MATERIALS, IN THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The City Council hereby approves and authorizes the Mayor to execute an
Agreement Granting To ConocoPhillips California Pipeline Company, A
California Corporation, A Franchise To Construct, Operate, And Maintain
Pipelines For The Transportation Of Oil and Other Specified Materials, In The
City Of Arroyo Grande, State Of California "Pipeline Franchise Agreement a
true and correct copy of which is on file, and at all relevant times shall be kept
on file, in the Office of the City Clerk. Said Pipeline Franchise Agreement
expires on November 30, 2024, unless sooner terminated pursuant to the terms
and conditions thereof.
On motion by Council Member Fellows, seconded by Council Member Arnold, and by
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Fellows, Arnold, Guthrie, Costello, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Ordinance was adopted this 13 day of October 2009.
