A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE TO INCLUDE
AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR EACH VEHICLE_ TOWED BY A
POLICE TOW SERVICE VENDOR AT THE REQUEST OF THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande authorized staff to solicit
proposals for an exclusive vendor police tow service that will include payment of an
administrative fee to the City to recover the actual and reasonable costs incurred by the
City in conjunction with administering its police towing service program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande adopted Resolution No. 4060
approving a Citywide Master Fee Schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande hereby amends the Master Fee Schedule to include payment of a $62
administrative fee per vehicle towed at the request of the Police Department as set forth
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as set forth in
full.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande that this
Resolution shall become effective on February 12, 2010.
On motion of Council Member Guthrie, seconded by Council Member Fellows,
and on the following roll call vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Guthrie, Fellows, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Members Costello, and Arnold
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 12 day of January 2010.
