TUESDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2009

1. ROLL CALL:
Mayor Ferrara called the special meeting to order at 6:46 p.m. Council Member Chuck Fellows,
Council Member Ed Arnold, City Manager Steven Adams, and City Attorney Timothy Carmel
were present. Mayor Pro Tem Joe Costello and Council Member Jim Guthrie were absent._
2. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
3. CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:
Council Member Guthrie arrived at 6:52 p.m.
