R 4266 RESOLUTION NO. 4266
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE DECLARING ITEMS AS SURPLUS AND
AUTHORIZING THEIR TRADE
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has certain vehicles which are no longer used;
and
WHEREAS, the vehicles can be classified as surplus property and made available for
sale or trade
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby declare as surplus the vehicle described in Exhibit A attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference and authorizing the trade.
On motion of Council Member Arnold, seconded by Council Member Guthrie, and by
the following role call vote, to wit:
AYES: Arnold, Guthrie, Fellows, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Costello
The foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 23 day of March 2010.
