ORDINANCE NO. 349 C.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
BY MODIFYING THE ZONE DESIGNATION ON CERTAIN
PROPERTY FROM R-l (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
TO P-C (BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Zoning Map of the City of Arroyo Grande
be amende~ on property identified as a portion of Lot 107 of the
Rancho Corral de Piedra Pismo and Balsa de Chamisal, City of
Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
also known as APN 6-391-42, as shown on "Exhibit A" attached
hereto, from R-l (Single Family Residential) to P-C (Business and
Professional), in accordance with the Comprehensive General Plan
of the City of Arroyo Grande.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect thirty (30) days after its passage; and within fifteen (15)
days after its passage it shall be publi~hed once, together with
the names of Council Members voting thereon, in a newspaper
published and circulated in said City.
On motion of Councilmember Johnson, : seconded
by Councilmember Moots, and on the following
roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Mayor Smith and Councilmembers Gallagher, Johnson, Moots and Porter
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted this 12th day of
August, 1986.
