1. ROLL CALL:
Mayor Ferrara called the special meeting to order at 6:47 p.m. Council Member Ed Arnold,
Council Member Chuck Fellows, Mayor Pro Tem Jim Guthrie, City Manager Steven Adams, and
City Attomey Timothy Carmel were present. Council Member Costello was absent.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
3. CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:
a. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR pursuant to Govemment Code Section

4. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION:
Mayor Ferrara announced that there was no reportable action from the closed session.

The meeting was adjoumed at 6:58 p.m.
