1. ROLL CALL:
Mayor Ferrara called the special meeting to order at 6:47 p.m. Council Member Chuck Fellows,
Council Member Joe Costello, Mayor Pro Tem Jim Guthrie, City Manager Steven Adams, and
City Attorney Timothy Carmel were present.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
3. CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:
a. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR pursuant to Government Code Section
54957.6:

Agency Negotiator: Steven Adams, City Manager
Represented Employees: International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) Local 4403
4. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION:
Mayor Ferrara announced that there was no reportable action from the closed session.
5. ADJOURNMENT: •
The meeting was adjourned at 7:02 p.m.
