RESOLUTION NO. 3274
A RESO.LUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING AN
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR POSITION
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized by law to establish employment
positions as it deems necessary to effectively operate municipal services; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of
Arroyo Grande to establish the employment position of Economic Development
Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. There is hereby established the employment position of Economic
Development Director, which shall be a full-time. Management-
designated. position. Compensation for the position of Economic
. Development Director shall be as established by the Council.
On motion of Council Member Tolley , seconded by Council
Member Fuller , and on the following roll call vote to wit:
AYES: Council Member Tolley, Fuller, and Mayor Dougall
NOES: Council Members Runels and Lady
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 10th day of
