AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE CORRECfING TB~ICAL BRRORS
CONTAINBD IN ORDINANCES303C.s., 309C.s., AND 314C.s."AND
AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE
The <1ty Council of the <1ty of Auoyo Grande does ordain as follows:
SBCTIOti QWi: 1hat section 7-1.03 of the Municipal Code shall read as adopted in Ordinance 303 C.
S. by the <1ty Council of Arroyo Grande on December 13, 1983 and that all other text contained in
Section 7-1.03 of the Municipal Code is hereby repealed..
SBCTIOti nlQ: 1hat Sections 4-14.01 through 4-14.17 contained in Ordinance 309 C. S. as adopted
by the City Council on Febl:uary 14, 1984 be amended to read: Sections 4-15.01 through 4-15.17.
SBCTIOti 11IR6: 1hat Section 9-4.2602 of the Municipal Code be amended to provide for the
addition of mini",..", parking requirements as follows:
"Second Residential Dwelling Units One covered and one
Uncovered Parking Space
Per Unit"
1bis Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after its paaaage, and within
fifteen (15) days after its pusage, it shall be pub1iahed once, together with the namu of the Council
Members voting thereon, in a newspaper of general circu1ation within the <1ty.
I On motion of Council Member Gallagher, seconded by Council Member Jomson, and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Gallagher, Jobnaon, Porter and Mayor &Jith
NOBS: None
ABSENT: Council Member Moots
the foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted this 22nd day of October, 1985.
