That Section 9-4608c of the Mtmicipal Cbde is hereby amended to read, in its
entirety, as folJov.s:
See. 9 U88(c) ReIr YMd. Each lot shall have a rear yard e~ acraJI the
full width of the lot of not less than ten (10) feet, (1'Ovided that a mininun of fifteen IuJdred
(1500) sqJ8l'e feet of open area is maintained to the side or rear of the main ~ or in an
en of "un design; otherwise, twenty (20) feet shall be required. Ace e.ory buiIdinIJII are
pennitted in the rear yard. Any rear yard covered by structures shall be replaced el!etft_ s on
the lot, exch.Bive of required yard areas. No more than one (1) IftCked, diIrnwltled,
inoperative or disaIied vehicle shall be stored or be WIder repair in a rear ylI1'd. All such
vehicles ~ in a rear yard more than ninety (90) days shall autanatically COOItitute a
