Q)de is amended to read in its entirety as follows: See. 9 t.2601. J_tion of pllilda'l!: ~~ ~ faeiJitieB. All off-street parking spaces, whether in a garage, carport, or open area, shall be so located as to be accessible and usable for the parking of IIX>tor vehicJes. Camx>n parking facilities IIIlY be ~vided in lieu of individual requirelrents; ~vided, however, the corrm>n ~ facilities shIIll have a total nwnber of parking spaces not less than the total I1ID1Der of individual requirerrents, less any individual requirerrents actually ~vided, and shall meet the requirements of the district in v.mch they are located. n Accessible, n as II!ed in this section, in reference to a garage or. carport not having an entrance on an alley, shall mean that there shIIll be an unobrtructed, pa~ surfaced area e~ from the garage or carport entrance directly away therefran for 8 distance of thirty teet (30') for a residential deveJDpnent.
