Section 1: The MUnicipal Code is hereby mnended by repealing Section 9-
4.2702 (b) and (c), and adopting mnended paragraphs (b) and (c) to read as
follows:
"(b) The Azchitectural Review COmmittee shall review
architectural sketches as set forth in Section
9-4.2701 of this Azticle.
(c) The Azchitectural Cannittee may recommend approval,
conditional approval, or denial with specific
recannendations to the applicant for subsequent
sulmi s s ion. These recommendations shall be forwarded
to the Planning CaaoUssion, which shall act on the
Azchitectural Review application. The application
shall be acted upon by the Planning CaaoUssion within
45 days of being deaned complete by the Director of
Planning."
Section 2: The MUnicipal Code is hereby mnended by revising Section 9-
4.2702 (d) to read as follows:
"(d) In the event the applicant is not satisfied with the
action of the Planning CaaoUssion, the applicant may
within ten (10) days, appeal as provided in Section
9-4.3007 per Aztic1e 30 of this Olapter."
Section 3: The MUnicipal Code is hereby mnended by revising Section 9-
4.2702 (e) to read as follows: .
"(e) No pennit shall be issued for any building or structure,
as set forth in Section 9-4.2701 of this Azticle, until
such drawings and sketches have been approved by the
Planning Cannission or the City Council, and all buildings,
structures, and grounds shall be in accordance with such
drawings and sketches".
Section 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30)
days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage, a
summary of said ~dinance shall be published once, together with the nmnes of
Council Members voting thereon, in a newspaper of general circulation within
the City.
