OF ARROYO GRANDE ORDERWG THE ABANDONMENT
OF A PORTION OF A TWENTY-FIVE (25) FOOT ALLEY,
ADJACENT TO 600 TIERRA STREET, 1N THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE
SECTION 8323, ET SEQ.)
— WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande has elected to proceed
under the provisions of Streets and Highways Code Section 8321, et seq., and in accordance
with the provisions thereof, by resolution, the Arroyo Grande City Council set the time and
place for public hearing for the vacation of said portion of a twenty -five (25) foot alley at
7:30 p.m.,April 14, 1992, in the Arroyo Grande City Council Chambers; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found, on the basis of evidence produced at the
public hearing, that the hereinafter described portion of a twenty -five (25) foot alley is
unnecessary for present or prospective public use;
NOW, TH • u ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the hereinafter described portion
of a twenty -five (25) foot alley in the City of Arroyo Grande be abandoned and it is so CV
ordered. 1`
All that portion of a twenty -five (25) foot alley, lying easterly of the northerly ..1
prolongation of the easterly line of Tierra Street in Tract 80, recorded in on
Book 5, Page 91 of Maps in the County Recorder's Office, San Luis Obispo
County, California. See Exhibit
On motion of Council Member Dougall , seconded by Council Member
smith , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council members Dougall, Smith, Moots, Gallagher and Mayor
NOES: None Millis
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 14th day of April, 1992.
