AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING THE ARROYO GRANDE
MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SECTION. 9-4.908(b)
OF CHAPTER 4, TITLE 9, RELATING TO THE
MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE (R-)) DISTRICT
THE CITY. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECT'.OH 1: That Section 9~4.908(b) of Chapter 4, Title 9, of the
. Arroyo Grande Municipal Code is a~ended to read as follows:
Section 9~4.908(b): Side Yard. There shall be a sIde yard on each
side of the lot, extending from the front yard to the ,rear yard, of not
less than five (5) feet on an Interior lot line. This side yard shall be
ten (10) feet in the event the dwelling unit Is oriented In such a manner
that the side yard is actually the rear yard for the dwelling unit, a
corner lot shall have,a side yard abutting the street of not less than '.-
ten (10) feet.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
i (30) days after Its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage,
f It shall be published once, together with the names of the Council Me8bers
voting thereon, in a newspaper of general circulation within the City.
