ORDINANCE NO. 301 C.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
AMENDING THE ARROYO GRANDE MUNICIPAL CODE
BY AMENDING SECTIONS 9-4,1022 AND 9-4.3204
RELAT! NG TO "NOT! CE OF COMPLETENESS".
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: That Section 9-4.1022, Paragraph 1 of Chapter 4, Article 10,
of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:
Section 9-4.1022. .Adoption of Plans ("P-D").
Adoption of plans in the "P-D" District, shall be as follows:
Development plans shall be presented to the Planning Commission for
approva 1 . Said Commission shall act on said plans within a period not to
exceed sixty (60) days from the date of issuance of a Notice of Completeness
by the Director of Planning, unless said time period be extended by mutual
consent of the Planning Commission and Developer. Said Commission shall
approve, conditionally approve or disapprove said plans and shall within
ten (10) days report these findings to the City Council and to the Developer.
SECT! ON 2: That Section 9-4.3204, Paragraph 1 of Chapter 4, Article 32,
of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:
Section 9-4.3204. Resolutions of Intention: Petitions: Hearings.
Upon the receipt of a complete petition and the issuance of "Notice of
Completeness" by the Director of Planning, or receipt of resolution of
intention of amendment, the Secretary of the Commission shall set a date
for a Public Hearing thereon, but not later than forty-five (45) days after
the issuance of completeness letter or receipt of resolution.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30)
days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage, it
shall be published once, together with the names of the Council Members voting
thereon, in the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
On motion of Council Member Gallagher, seconded by Council Member Millis,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Vandeveer, Gallagher, Millis and Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Hogan
the foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted this 25th day of October 1983.
