O 300 C.S. ORDINANCE NO. 300 C.S. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE TO AUTHORIZE RESTRICTIONS ON VEHICULAR TURN MOVEMENTS BY RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Municipal Code is amended by adding thereto Section 4.3.18 reading in full as follows: "Section 4.3.18 Prohibited Turns The Council may, from time to time, by Resolution, limit or restrict turning movements by vehicles in specified locations. The Chief of Police and City Engineer shall determine and install appropriate signs to provide notice of such restrictions. After the installation of such signs, no person may operate a vehicle in violation of the provisions of said signs." Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published once, together with the names of the Council Members voting thereon, in the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
