ORDINANCE NO. 294 C.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
AMENDING TITLE 2, CHAPTER 7, SECTION .03
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO MEETINGS
OF THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECT! ON 1: Chapter 7 of Title 2 of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code
is hereby amended by amending Section 2-7.03 thereof to read as follows:
Section 2-7.03. Meetings.
The Parking and Traffic Commission shall meet at least once each
month during the evening at the City Hall or City Council Chambers at
7:00 P.I~. on a day designated from time to time by resolution adopted by
the Commission and at such other times as the Commission may deem necessary
or advisable.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
(30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage
it shall be published once, together with the names of the Council Members
voting thereon in the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
On motion of Council Member Millis, seconded by Council Member Gallagher,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Gallagher and Millis, and Mayor Smith
NOES: Counc i Imen Vandeveer and Hogan
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted this 28th day of June, 1983.
