. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO (;RANDE
ADOPTING AN INCREASED TELEVISION RATE SCHEDULE

The City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande hereby ordains
as follows:
SECTION 1: Pursuant to Arroyo' Grande Municipal Code Section
5-2.03{b) Grantees of an Arroyo Grande franchise for Community' Antenna
Television Systems may, and hereby are, authorized to charge maximum .
monthly subscriber rates as follows:

Primary Residential $9.00 --I
Additional Outlets :, 1.75

Connection Fee 20.00
Motels and Hotels Primary residential rate less
fifty (50) percent
Apartments' and Mobile Home
Parks Subject to Bulk Primary residential rate less

'SECTION 2:.' Oefirtition: . "Bulk Bi lling Account" means an apart-
ment complex:"'structure or building with at least five (S) lllii'1:s which
receives cab1e television services for which the property owner or
manager is ,bilTed. Such an apartment complex, structure or building
constitutes..a single account, and the individual apartment dwelters or
users are nathilled separately.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect.
