AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
~ .-,',- AMENDING A PORTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE REFERRED TO IN SECTION .302
OF TITLE 9, CHAPTER 4, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE KNOWN AS 345 TALLY HO ROAD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
( SECTION. I: That certain Ordinance known as the "Zoning Ordinance
l of the City of Arroyo Grande'.' is herewith amended as follows:
The "Zoning Map of the City of Arroyo Grande" referred to in
Section ,302 of Title 9, Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code, is amended so
that the zones and boundaries of certain Districts shown therein and thereon
are changed so as to be the zones and boundaries as shown and designated
on the Map attached thereto, and by this reference incorporated herein, which
map is entitled "A SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE",
and said Map and all notations and references shown thereon shall be as
much a part of this; Ordi:nance as if the matters shown on said Map were
fully described herein, and the districts and boundaries of the property
shown therein from and after the effective date of the adoption of this
Ordinance. The properties i'ntended to be rezoned and the changes in "the
zoning accompiished hereby are described as follows:
Lot 7 according to "Map of Property belonging to B.F.
Hilliker and F.J. woodbury", in the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
filed for record February 4, 1889 in Book B at Page 78
of.Maps. Also identified by County Assessor's Parcel
No. 7-241-07.
The property intended to be rezoned is described in Exhibit A, attached
hereto, and the property is rezoned from "RA-B3" Residential Agricultu.ral
District (40,000 sq. ft. minimum bldg, site) to "RA-B2" Residential Agricultural
District (20,000 sq. ft. mini:mum bldg. site).
SECTI ON 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty (30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its
passage, it shall be published once, together with the names of the Council
Members voting thereon in the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
On motion of Coundl Member Gallagher, seconded by Counci I
Member Vandeveer, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Vandeveer, Gallagher, Mayor Smith
NOES: Council Member Millis
ABSENT: Council Member Hogan
