AN ORDINANCE OFTHE.CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
AMENDING SECTION 10, CHAPTER 4, TITLE 6
OF THE ARROYO GRANDE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO GARBAGE COLLECTION RATES
THE CITY COUNCIL ,OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Section 10 of Chapter 4 of Title 6 is hereby amended
to read as follows:

\ Section 6-4.10. Collection Rates. Rates for the collection of
refuse, garbage, wet garbage and rubbish, shall be as follows: .

\~ a. Residential Service. For one time a week service, standard
containers. thirty-two (32) gallons or less, eighty (80) pound weight limit:
(I) 1 can plus 1 yard trash per week on curb........$4.25 per month
(2) I can in the yard plus I yard trash per week
on the curb........................,............$1.50 per month

SECTION 2: This Ordinance shan be in full force. and effect
thirty (30) days after its passage~ and within fifteen (IS) days after its
passage, it shall be published once ~ together wi th the names of the Counei 1
Members voting thereon in the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
