AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
AMENDING A PORTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE REFERRED TO IN SECTION .302
OF TITLE 9, CHAPTER 4, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE KNOWN AS THE ZOGATA PROPERTY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS: I:
SECTI ONI : That Certain Ordinance known as the "Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Arroyo Grande" is herewith amended as follows:
The "Zoning Map of the City of Arroyo Grandelt referred to in
Section .302 of Title 9, Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code, 'is amended ~o
that the zones and boundaries of certain Districts shown therein and thereon -
are changed so as to be the zones and boundaries as shownartd designated
on the Map attached thereto, and by this reference incorporated herein, which
map is entitled itA SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE",
and said Map and all notations and references shown thereon shall be as much
a part of this Ordinance as if the matters shown on said Map were fully
described herein, and the districts and boundaries of the property shown
therein f~ and after the effective date of the adoption of this Ordinance.
The properties intended to be rezoned and the changes in the zoning accomplished
hereby are described as follows:
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of Ca Ii forn i'a, Port i on of Lot 9 of Rancho Corra I
de Piedra, Pismo and Bo1sa de Chamisal, as shown on the
map recorded in Book 8, Page 21 of Records of Survey.
Also identified as Assessor's Parcel No. 7-441-01.
The property intended to b~ rezoned is described in Exhibit A, attached
hereto, and the property is rezoned from "RA-B3" Residential Agricultural
District to "R-I" Single Family Res.idential District.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
(30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage,
it shall be published once, together with the names of the Council Members
voting thereon in the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.

Gallagher , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Vandeveer and Hogan, Mayor Smith
NOES: Council Members Gallagher and Millis
