AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING THE ARROYO GRANDE MUNICIPAL
CODE BY AMEND I NG CHAPTER 7 OF T! TLE 6, SECT! ONS
6-7.01(f), 6-7.01(g) SCHEDULES I AND II, AND
6-7.01 (h)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: That Section 6-7.01(f) of the Arroyo Grande Municipal
Code is amended as follows: I
(f) . Prorations for Portions of Months. When a water bill Is
rendered for any period of time less than the regular period for water
furnished, the regular minimum money charge shall be prorated; provided,
however,a minlmum'of one-fourth (JIlt) of such regular time period shall
be bi lied. All consumption within the regular period allowance shall be
charged at minimum rates, and consumption in excess of the regular period
allowance shall be billed at the excess rates.
SECTION 2: That Schedules I and II of Section 6-7.01 (9) of
the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code is amended as follows:

SECTION 3: That Section 6-7.01(h) of the Arroyo Grande Municipal
Code i s amended as fo 110ws :
(h). Lopez Water Contract Charges:' Billings. Bi11ings for such
Lopez Water Contract Charges shall be prepared and deposited in the mail on
or about the first day of each month that the bills provided for pursuant '-
to the provisions of Section 607.07 of this Chapter are sent.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
(30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (IS) days after its passage
it shall be published once, together with the names of the council members
voting thereon, in the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
