AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
AMENDING TITLE 9t CHAPTER 4, SECTION. 1511 (c)
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PRIVATE WATER
WEllS IN THE R-S DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOllOWS:
SECT! ON 1: That Section 9.4.1511 (c) is amended as follows: I
( c) Private water wells serving more than one lot may be
permitted for irrigation and domestic purposes upon
obtaining a Use Permit which must provide that the well
is located on and may only serve lots which are being
created by, or have been created bYt one parcel or
subdivision map recorded on or after November 13, 1981 .
SECT! ON 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty .(30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after
its passage it shall be published once, together with the names of the
Council Members voting thereon in the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
On motion of Council Member Gallagher, seconded by Council Member
Hogan, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Vandeveer, Gallagher, Millis, Hogant Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted this 22nd day of June, 1982.
