RESOLUTION NO. 3281
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE ADOPTING A TAX PROCEEDS EXPENDITURE
APPROPRIATION LIMIT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998-1999 .
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE HEREBY
RESOLVES that the Fiscal 1998-99 expenditure appropriation limit from tax
proceeds is $10,128,631, in accordance with Article XIIIS of the California
Constitution (Prop.4, SB1352).
THE CITY COUNCIL FURTHER RESOLVES that this year's calculation is to
include the percentage change in California per capita personal income, rather
than the percentage change in the local assessment roll due to the addition of
non-residential new construction, as the price factor.
On motion of Council Member Runels seconded by Council
Member Tolley and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
Ayes: Council Members Runels, Tolley, Fuller, Lady, and Mayor Dougall
Noes: None
Absent: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 1 ih day of May, 1998.
