ORDINANCE NO. 267 C.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
REPEALING ARROYO GRANDE CITY ORDINANCE NO. 263 c.s.
AFTER CONSIDERATION OF A REFERENDUM PETITION
PROTESTING ADOPTION OF SAID ORDINANCE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: This Council has considered a referendum petition
protesting the adoption of Arroyo Grande Ordinance No. 263 C.S. and said I,,'
petition has been certified by the City Clerk as having been signed by not
less than 10% of the registered voters of the City of Arroyo Grande.
SECTION 2: That City Ordinance No. 263 C.S. is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty (30) days after its passage. and within fifteen (15) days after its
passage it shall be published once. together with the names of the Council
Members voting thereon.' 1nthe Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
On motion of Council Member Gallagher, seconded by Council Member
Millis. and on the following roll call vote. to wit:
AYES: Council Members Gallagher and Millis. Mayor Smith
NOES: Council Members Vandeveer and Hogan
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted this 11th day of May, 1982.
