AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 221 C.S. WHICH AMENDS A
PORTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE REFERRED TO IN SECTION .302 OF TITLE 9,
CHAPTER 4, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE SO AS TO REZONE
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECT! ON 1: Exhibit "A" as attached to Ordinance No. 221 C.S. I
is hereby revised. Exhibit "A", attached hereto, shall supersede said
Exh i bit.
SECT! ON 2: Any conflicting sections of existing City ordinances
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty (30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its
passage, it shall be published once, together with the names of the Council
Members voting thereon in the Five Cities Times-Press-Recor~er.
On motion of Council Member Gallagher, seconded by Council Member
Millis, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Vandeveer, Gallagher, Millis, Hogan, Mayor Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted this 11th day of May, 1982.
