AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
AMENDING SECTION .507 OF CHAPTER 3 OF TITLE 9
OF THE ARROYO GRANDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING
SUBSECTION (1) (L) (ij) RELATING TO SUBDIVISioN
PARKS DEVELOPMENT FUNDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLO\.JS:
SECTION 1: Section .507 of Chapter 3 of Title 9 of the Arroyo
[Grande Municipal Code is amende.d by amending .subsection (1) (l) (in
thereof to read as follows:
(ii) Where the subdivision consists of fifty (50) lots or less,
or where the subdivision exceeds fifty (50) lots but land within the
subdivision cannot be located in accordance with the Recreation and Parks
Plan adopted by the City, the subdivider shall pay to the City for the
Parks Development Fund a sum of Two Hundred and no/l00ths ($200.00) Dollars-
for each residential building site created, except for any site upon which
a residence has already been constructed and occupied.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty (30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its
passage, it 'shan be published once, together with the names of the Council
Members voting thereon in the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
On motion of Counci 1 Member Vandeveer,. seconded by Counei 1 Member
Hogan, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
