AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
AMENDING CHAPTER 3 OF TITLE 9 OF THE ARROYO
GRANDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SECTION
9-3.606 (b) AND SECTION 9-3.703 THERETO
RELATING TO TENTATIVE MAP AND. PARCEL MAP

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
f SECTION I: Section .606(b) of Chapter 3 of Title 9 of the
Arroyo Grande Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 9-3.606 (b) Filing. Twenty (20) copies of the tentative
, map shall be filed, together' with a fee in the amount of One Hundred Seventy
, Five and no/IOOths ($175.00) Dollars, plus Five and no/IOOths ($5.00)
Dollars per lot to cover the costs of checking.
SECTION 2: Section .703 of Chapter 3 of Title 9 of the Arroyo
Grande Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 9-3,703 Parcel Maps: Filing Fees. Where required by
the provisions of this chapter, parcel maps, as described in the Subdivision
Map Act of the State, shall be filed with the Subdivision Review Board,
together with a filing fee in the amQunt of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars,
plus Five and no/IOOths ($5.00) Dollars per lot.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances which are in
conflict with the provisions' of this ordinance are hereby repealed,
,,,SECTION 4: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or
phrase of this ordinance is, for any reason, held to be unconstitutional
or legally ineffective, such decision shall not affect the validity of
the remaining portions of this ordinance.
SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty (30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after
its passage, it shall be published once, together with the names of
the Council Members voting thereon, in the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder,
On motion of Council Member Smith, seconded by Counci I Member
Vandeveer, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, Millis, Vandeveer, Mayor Pope
NOES: Council Member Hogan
ABSENT: None
