ORDINANCE NO. 245 C.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
AMENDING A PORTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE REFERRED TO IN SECTION .302
OF TITLE 9, CHAPTER 4 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE SO
AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE KNOWN AS WOODS FUNERAL HOME PROPERTY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTI ON I: That certain Ordinance known as the "Zoning Ordinance II
of the City of Arroyo Grande" is herewith amended as follows:
The "Zon i ng Map of the City of Ar royo Grande" referred to in
Section ,302 of Title 9, Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code, is amended so
that the zones and boundaries of certain Districts shown therein and
thereon are changed so as to be the zones and boundaries as shown and
designated on the Map attached hereto, and by this reference incorporated
here in, wh i ch map is ent i t led "A SECTI ON OF THE ZON I NG MAP OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO.' 245 C.S. OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE", and s.a id Map and a 11 notat ions and references shown thereon sha I I
be as much a part of this Ordinance as if the matters shown on said Map
were fully described herein, and the districts and zones and boundaries of
the property shown therein from and after the effective date of the adoption
of this Ordinance. .The properties intended to be rezoned and the changes
in the zoning accomplished hereby are described as follows:
A portion of Lot 107 of the map of parts of the Ranchos
Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chamisal, in the
City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, as per map filed in Boo~ A, Page 65 of ,
Maps in the Office of the County Recoraer of said County. I
Also identified by Assessor's Parcel No. 6-341-11. I
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
(30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its I
passage, it shall be published once, together with the names of the Council I
,
Members voting thereon in the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder, I
On motion of Council Member Vandeveer, seconded by Council Member I
Hogan, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, Hogan, Millis, Vandeveer and Mayor Pope I
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted , 1981.
