ORDINANCE NO. 238 C.S.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
AMENDING A PORTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE REFERRED TO IN SECTION
.302 OF TITLE 9, CHAPTER 4 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: That certain Ordinance known as the "Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Arroyo Grande" is herewith amended as fol lows: I
The "Zoning Map of the City of Arroyo Grande", referred to in
Section .302 of Title 9, Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code is amended so
that the zones and boundaries of certain districts shown therein and
thereon are changed so as to be the zones and boundaries as shown and
designated on the Map attached hereto, and by this reference incorporated
herein, which Map is entitled "A Section of the Zoning Map of the City
of Arroyo Grande, Amended by Ordinance No. 238 C.S. of the City of Arroyo
Grande", and said Map and all notations and references shown thereon shall
be as much a part of this Ordinance as if the matters shown on said Map
were fully described herein, and the Districts and;,zOhes and,,'boundaries
of the property shown therein from and after the effective date of adoption
of this Ordinance. The properties intended to be rezoned and the changes
in the zoning accomplished hereby are described as follows:
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, Assessor's Parcel Nos. ]-233-03, ]-222-03,
]-222-06, ]-221-06, ]-221-09, ]-221-10, ]-221-03, ]-221-04,
]-221-05, ]-222-01, ]-222-04, ]-233-04, ]-233-08, ]-233-09,
]-233-0], ]-233-05, ]-231-12, ]-231-09, ]-231-10, ]-213-13,
]-231-02, ]-231-08, ]-231-11, ]-011-29, ]-011-28, ]-021-0], ]-021-03,
]-021-08, ]-021-14, ]-021-15, and ]-021-09. Above listed
properties generally located on Canyon Way, James Way and
Ta lIy Ho Road.
Said property is rezoned from "RA-B3" Residential Agricultural
District to "RA-B2" Residential Agricultural District.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
(30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage,
it sah II be pub 1 i shed once, together wi th the names of the Counc i I Members
voting thereon, in the Five C i ties Times-Press-Recorder.
On motion of Council Member Vandeveer, seconded by Council Member
Hogan, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Counci I Members/Hogan, Mi 11 is, Vandeveer, and Mayor Pope
NOES: None ft
ABSENT: Council Member Smith
