AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING
A PORTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE REFERRED TO IN SECTION .302 OF TITLE 9,
CHAPTER 4 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE SO AS TO REZONE
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE KNOWN
AS TRACT 652
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
[ SECT! ON I: That Certain Ordinance known as "ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE" is herewi th amended as fa! lows:
The "ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE" referred to in
Section .302 of title 9. Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code, is amended So
that the zones and boundaries of certain Districts shown therein and thereon
are changed so as to be the zones and boundaries as shown and designated
on the Map attached hereto, and by this reference incorporate.d herein,
wh ic:h Map is ent i tied "A SECTI ON Of THE ZON I NG MAP OF THE CITY CJF. ARROYO
GRANDE, AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 23~ C.S. OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE",
and said Map and al! notations and references shown thereon shall be as
much a part of this Ordinance as if the matters shown on said Map were
fully described herein, and the Districts and zones and boundaries of the
property shown therein from and after the effective date of the adoption
of this Ordinance. The pproperties intended to be rezoned and the changes
in the zoning accomplished hereby are described as follows:
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, being a Part of Lot A of the Grover and Gates
Tract and part of Lot 106 of the Subdivisions of the Ranchos
Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, according
.to maps fi led in the Recorder's Offi~e in the County of
San Luis Obispo, California, described as follows: Beginning
at the intersection of the northerly prolongation of the
easterly line of Hillcrest Drive with the southerly right of
way of State Highway 101, being also on the southerly
annexation to the City of Arroyo Grande known as "Oak Park
No. I"; thence, along said Highway right of way and said
boundary, N. 5748'oO"W. 507.45 feet to the intersection
with the prolongation of the westerly I ine of Robles Road;
thence along said line S. 32 12'oa'w. 288.70 feet; thence,
parallel with said Highway right of way, S. 57 48'00" E. 507.45
feet to the easterly line of Hillcrest Drive; thence, along
last said line N. 32 12'OO"E., 288.70 feet to the point of
beginning; containing 3.36 acres, more or less.
Sa id property wi II be rezoned as "R-G" Res i dent i a I Garden
Apartment District.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty (30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its
passage, it shall be published once, together with the names of the Council
Members voting thereon in the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
