CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
KNOWN AS THE STERNBERGH ANNEXATION
THE CI TY COUNC r L OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDA I N AS FOLLOWS:
SECTI ON 1: That Certain Ordinance known as "ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE" is herewith amended as folla./s:
The "ZON I NG MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE" referred to in I
Section .302 of title 9, CHAPTER 4 of the Municipal Code, is amended so that
the zones and boundaries of certain Districts shown therein and thereon are
changed so as to be the zones and boundaries as shown and designated on
the Map attached hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein, which
Map is entitled "A SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE,
AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 236 C.S. OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE", and said
Map and all not,'It ions and references shown thereon shall be as much a part
of this Ordinance as if the matters shown on said Map were fully described
herein, and the Districts and zones and boundaries of the property shown
therein from and after the effective date of the adoption of this Ordinance.
The properties intended to be rezoned and the changes in the zoning
accomplished hereby are described as follows:
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, Assessor's Parcel No. 78-302-05, that portion
of lot A of the Town of Grover, according to the map filed in
Book A of Maps at Page 6, records of San Luis Obispo County,
California. Also designated as Chilton Street Annexation
No. I to the City of Arroyo Grande, and known as 1485 Chilton Street.

Said property will be rezoned as "R-I" Single Family Residential
District.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty (30) days after its passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its
passage, it shall be published once, together with the names of the Council
Members voting thereon in the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder.
On motion of Council Member Smith, seconded by Council Member
Vandeveer, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Counci I Members Smi th, Hogan, Mi lli s, and Vandeveer.
NOES: Mayor Pope
ABSENT: None

San Luis Obispo, State of California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance
No. 236 is a true, full and correct copy of said ordinance passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of said Council held on the 28th day of October, 1980.
I further certify that said Ordinance was duly published in accordance with the 1
j law and order of said City Council in the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder, a newspaper
printed and published in said City, in the entire edition of November 7, 1980. ~
